FounderOccupying two floors of a beautiful building in a quiet mews in the centre of Cirencester, Ritual & Rest is truly a sanctuary for the soul.

Ritual & Rest came from very humble beginnings. From a solo treatment business in a cosy garden hut, it is now a beautiful studio with several treatment rooms and a community of extraordinary therapists and practitioners.
This space is the culmination of years of hard work, trust, dedication and believing what a dream can grow into. More than anything, it's what happens when you surround yourself with people whose values truly align with your own.
I intend for this space to be a sanctuary for mind, body and soul. Our approach is holistic and varied, and alongside massage and bodywork, we also offer beauty treatments, sports therapy, mystic consultations and acupuncture.
It is incredibly important to me to know that - whether here as a client, or to see clients - when you walk into this space, the load is lightened, the welcome is warm, the healing is heartfelt.
